Headcannons
Memories: Unlike in canon, the memories in this Thalassa's life are coming slowly, not all at once. This means there will have to be updates on her CURRENT UNDERSTANDING of herself over time. That'll be fun for me, huh?
WARNING: I interpret Magnifi as emotionally and verbally manipulative/abusive. I also think Zak had scary fits of anger in which he might have threatened Thalassa, but never hurt her physically.
Jove Era: Thalassa left Troupe Gramarye for a while to travel with Jove Justice. Apollo was a bit of a suprise, but she was ready to love him all the same. He ended up being born in Khura'in. Thalassa loved Jove and Apollo with all her heart, and nothing will change that once she remembers them, but she understands if they want to move on from her.
The fire: Thalassa was there, but she was rushed out of the building fairly early on. She was ushered away to questioning, unaware that Jove had given Apollo to Dhurke to keep him safe. The authorities assumed Jove had passed in the fire, and told Thalassa such. It was all she could do to hold on hope for Apollo. Neither were declared legally dead, so she decided to keep looking.
After the fire: Her searches for her family led by herself were getting nowhere, but Magnifi promised to help her of she returned to the troupe. She did so, yet nothing ever came forth. (Possibly Magnifi not putting effort in due to his dislike of Jove.)
Trucy: Zak was there, Magnifi encouraged it, and Trucy happened as a result. Now, just because she wasn't truly in love with Zak, doesn't mean she didn't love Trucy. Trucy was the light of her life during those bleak years of faking hapiness for magic and the hope that something would turn up.
Lamiroir time: Canon compliant with a few spicy headcannons thrown in, like muscle memory chords. Definitely like a mom to Machi.

Relations
It should be noted that all separate romantic relationships of Thalassa's are different verses unless stated otherwise. Thalassa is polyamorous and multiship, so jokes may be made on the timeline. There will be no cheating.
There he is... That's her husband! They've been reunited after twenty-odd years and he still makes her fall head over heels in love with him every single day. Her sunlight.
Klavier is also like a son to Thalassa. She enjoyed working with him for music, and their bond has only grown. She wants to be there for him any way she can!
Her son! Her baby boy!! She loves Apollo so very much, she wants him happy and she's so proud of him. Her starlight!
Her darling daughter and moonlight! Thalassa is glad to be back in Trucy's life, and gets to help take care of her alongside Phoenix. She loves her daughter so much and would give anything for her happiness.
Clay's mom and Thalassa's girlfriend! She was also wrongfully declared deceased, dead moms have to stick together!
Thalassa loved talking to Ansel while on tour with the Gavinners. She's really appreciative of them older brother role he's taken on with Klavier.
Ron is a nice friend to have! He's always a joy to face around, and it's often a voice of reason for the WAA. She's happy to know he's in a good place!
Thalassa sometimes takes care of Clay, filling in when Klavier needs some time off. They go to physical therapy together, and Thalassa really truly loves him. He's like a pre-release version of a son-in-law!
Parenting bestie! Thalassa feels like she owes him the world. They share a Diego as well! Sometimes he's worrying, but he's a real sweetheart.
Her partner! Sometimes enchanting, sometimes ridiculous, all times her darling lover. He's so powerful I can't even get him in a fucking circle like the other icons.
It's weird getting Dunkin's with an innocent past version of second husband's murderer. But that's just how Thalassa's life is going. She's worried about, she's worried for him, but he's just a dude for now.
Diego's sister and one of Thalassa's dearest friends. They both had to deal with abusive men in their life, and now they're bonding over it. If you see them sharing drinks or holding hands platonically on a girl's night out, mind your business. They deserve this.
Her boyfriend! Shared with Jasper in a joint verse. He is just so pretty all the time and Thalassa is so in love with him. She also helps care for his daughter, Amarella!
Well she's adopted now. Even if unofficially! Thalassa cares for Athena and wants her to be happy.
